This tour packs in all the highlights around Darjeeling, Sikkim and Nepal.  This tour gives you a comprehensive tour of Darjeeling and Sikkim - the land and its people. In a limited period of time you can visit most places of interest, the scenic beauty, the flora & fauna, famous Buddhist monasteries, the people and the rich cultural heritage of the lost Himalayan Kingdom. The land of splendid nature and rich culture is waiting for your exploration through its different facets. This is a short trip which offers a delightful exploration of ancient temples and shrine of three medieval kingdoms. Included in the tours are ancient city of Bhaktapur, the holiest Hindu temple Pashupatinath and the huge Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath and Swayambunath known as the monkey temple located on a small hillock from where you can have a 360 degree view of Kathmandu valley, fascinating temples at Patan durbar Square.

DAY-01: Arrive

Meet on arrive at nearest Bagdogra International /domestic airport / NJP railway station and drive to Gangtok, (1600m), 5-6hrs, with stop at the India boarder for immigration formalities and continue 4 hrs, drive to Gangtok, capital of Sikkim, the journey to Gangtok is breathtaking scenic beauty in mystical wonderland. A cosmopolitan flavour with a heady dosage of cultures along with a rapid state of urbanization. Gangtok has its own charm, which serves as a perfect base for exploring Sikkim.  Over night stay at hotel. (B.B). Bed and breakfast.  

DAY-02: Around Gangtok 

You shall start for sight-seeing around Gangtok. Enchey Monastery this monastery also follows the Nyingmapa sect order of Buddhism and was built in the year 1901.  Visit Tashi View point it offer a splendid view of the Kanchanzonga range. After lunch session, takes you to Rumtek monastery the largest and the most notable of the monasteries of Sikkim. The present monastery was constructed by Gyalwa Karmapa the 16th Karmapa during the 1960’s after he left Tibet to settle in Sikkim due to the invasion by the Chinese. Over night stay at hotel. DAY-03: Gangtok-Kalimpong (1250m)

Morning visit Pemayantse monastery, originally established by Lhatsum Chempo, This ancient monastery belonging to the Nyingmapa Sect has been considered as one of the premier monasteries in the State.    After lunch drive to Kalimpong. The journey from Gangtok to Kalimpong is a beautiful experience and passes through lush green forest, tea gardens and Mountain River of Teesta. It enjoys temperature climate throughout the year. Kalimpong offer a quite and relaxed holiday against the backdrop of Kanchenjunga. Passes through lush green forest and tea garden. Kalimpong possesses the uniqueness of being the most centrally located town of this region of north Bengal. Surrounded by lush green valleys and a panoramic view of the eastern Himalayan range, along with a cool climate and relaxed atmosphere. On arrival check into hotel. Over night stay at hotel. (B.B).

DAY-04: Around Kalimpong

Trip to Memorable View Points around Pedong Jeep take one close enough to the Damsang Fort and a fifteen minute walk through a lovely wooded area of rhododendrons and other native trees and shrubs brings one to the ruins. After touring the ruins continuous drive to Rikissum to take in the fabulous views. This is also the spot where an ancient Bhutanese monastery stood. After visiting Pedong drive back to Kalimpong is reached by evening. Over night stay at hotel. (B.B).  

DAY-05: Kalimpong – Darjeeling (2134m) (Driving distance: 51 kms-3 hrs)

After breakfast visit Deolo View point (1666m), Hanuman Park, Dr. Graham’s Homes founded in 1900 by Rev. Dr. J.A. Graham, a Scottish missionary. Return to your hotel. After lunch takes you to the Darjeeling, First part of your journey passes through the plains then begins gradual climbing to the hill station, the journey to Darjeeling by train, most scenic beauty of Himalaya’s view, track leading through Landslide Mountains, forest waterfalls and tea bushes. Known the world over as the Queen of Hills, The cool climes of Darjeeling provide welcome relief and delightful experiences around every corner, where the lush meadows abound with delicate flowers and unwind your mind by soaking the riot ‘of collars along the Rhododendron trail, nestled among the rolling mountains with the glistening Mt. Kanchanjunga towering over the azure sky. Upon arrival check into hotel. Over night stay at hotel. (B.B).

DAY-06: Around Darjeeling 

Early wake up (3.30 AM) for the jeep rides to Tiger Hill (2590m) 11 km, Tiger hill one gets the view of several peaks, notably the  Mt.Everest, Kanchenjunga, the third highest mountain in the world. The main attraction is the fall of the rays of the raising Sun on the Mt. Everest and Kanchenjunga No finer place exists of provide a view of grandeur and beauty of towering snow capped mountains. On the way back visit famous Yiga Choiling Monastery. Return drive back to hotel for lunch. Afternoon casual walk and visit Himalayan Zoological Park, this is high altitude wild part and Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (museum & Art galleries of Himalayas) Tenzing Norgay ascent of Mt. Everest along with Edmond Hillary in 1953 provided the impetus of mountaineering as an organized spot in India. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel. (B.B).

DAY-07: Darjeeling - Bhadrapur Airport (Nepal) - Kathmandu

After breakfast 3 hrs, drive to Bhadrapur airport (Nepal) for scenic fly to Kathmandu 30 minutes.  Upon arrival check into hotel .Over night stay in Kathmandu. (B.B).  

DAY-08: Kathmandu

After breakfast, start the trip to visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, the places of the Malla and then the Shaha Kings of Nepal, visiting Kumari temple, house of the virgin goddnes, visiting Swoyambhunath, a stupa on the top of the hill from can you here you can overlook the scenery of Kathmandu valley. DAY-09: Kathmandu-Pokhara

We ride a car or tourist bus to Pokhara, all the way through scenic mountain terrain its fame rests on the natural beauty of its lakeside location and its proximity to the mountains. Pokhara is the starting point for some of the most famous treks in Nepal, and there are also plenty of shorts walks and day trips, that can be made around the valley. Over night stay at hotel. DAY-10: Pokhara

After breakfast a full day sightseeing of Pokhara, the most popular destination in Nepal after Kathmandu, spend enjoyable the morning trip along the bank of Phewa lake, you can admire the stunning view of the fish tail’s peak reflected in the silver surface of the water, you can also see the wonderful Annapurna Panorama forms a superb backdrop to Pokhara from the lake. You will have an opportunity to take a glimpse to the limestone cave of Mahendra Cave, used to be well-known for its stalactites. Over night stay at hotel. (B.B).

DAY-11: Pokhara -Kathmandu

After breakfast drive to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel. (B.B).  

DAY-12: Departure Departure for next destination.  

DAY-13: Pokhara-Kathmandu (Drive)

After breakfast drive to Pokhara by car/Bus. Upon arrive Kathmandu check into hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.  

DAY-14: Departure from Kathmandu

After breakfast rest of day is at leisure until we pick you up at the hotel and then transfer to airport for your next stop.
