Everest Panorama Trek leads the most highlighted places of the Everest region – Namche Bazar, Tengboche, Pangboche and Dingboche allow an amazing culture encounter. From Tengboche trekkers can see one of the best Everest panorama views and Ama dablam and Thamserku. You will be also visiting various mountain monasteries and cultural farmland.
Day 01: Fly to Lukla (2840m) and trek to Phakding (2610m)
Depart Kathmandu via air, for Lukla (8800ft) and a short trek (2-3 hours to) to Phakding at 8,661 feet. The flight into Lukla is similar to the Everest View flight for views and beauty.
Day 02: Trek to Namche Bazar (3440m)
The trail climbs gradually following the river and enters the Everest National Park at Jorsale, then crosses the river and climbs steeply to Namche (11,100 feet). (4-6 hours).
Day 03: At Namche Bazar acclimatization day halt
Namche acclimatization day halt/ rest day or day hike possible. Namche is capital of the Khumbu district and offers many ways to spend a day.
Day 04: Trek to Tengboche (3860m)
Tengboche. We Climb the ridge above Namche and descend to the Dudh Koshi River before climbing again to Tengboche Monastery (12664 feet). (4-6 hours). Dingboche is slightly further (20minutes) a charming village.
Day 05: Trek to Dingboche (4410m)
Dingboche (14000 feet), we walk slowly through the pleasant village of Pangboche and on to Dingboche.
Day 06: Exploration/ acclimatization at Dingboche
Rest day to be used as needed proper acclimatization rest or explore around. There are several great hikes from Dingboche for this layover day including Nangkartshang Peak.
Day 07: Trek to Chukkung (4734 m)
Trekking: If you are feeling good you could trek to Chukkung today (4734 meters), approximately 15,000 feet and plan an ascent of Chukkung Ri tomorrow. If altitude is a problem you could trek to Pheriche or just rest in Dingobche or do another day hike up toward Ama Dablam.
Day 08: Morning Chukkung Ri ascent and trek back
Chukkung Ri ascent (approx. 18,000 feet) and descent to Pheriche or Dingboche.
Day 09: Trek back to Pangboche (4150m)
Continue descent to Pangboche and overnight at lodge explore the Sherpa village and Monastery.
Day 10: Trek to Mong La (3900m)
Continue hike to mong La via Phortse village and overnight at lodge, visit typical Sherpa village.
Day 11: Trek back to Namche Bazar (3440m)
Continue descent to Namche Bazar and overnight at lodge and shopping souvenirs.
Day 12: Trek back to Manjo village (2940m)
Continue descent to Manjo and overnight at lodge, enjoy downhill walk of the day.
Day 13: Trek back to Lukla (2840m)
Return to Lukla- all the way of Dudhkoshi river valley trail we will hike down and uphill climb to final stop.
Day 14: Transfer to Lukla airport
Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel and rest.
